LinkedIn just issued its 2020 Emerging Jobs Report, ranking Data Scientist as third among emerging professions, following Artificial Intelligence Specialist and Robotics Engineer.
The report notes that data scientists are replacing other roles, such as statistician, in some industries, like insurance.
