Reddit, Reviews, & Forums Data valued by 70%+ of Social Listening Pros

According to the results of a broad survey of Social Listening & Intelligence professionals conducted by The Social Intelligence Lab, around 70% of respondents mentioned that Reddit data is a valuable source of insights, while over 75% similarly mentioned Reviews and Forums as of being of key importance to their data analytics.

The State Of Social Listening 2022 survey findings shine a bright spotlight upon how professionals in the social  intelligence space are using software platforms and data to uncover actionable insights for their stakeholders, solution users, and clients now, as well as how they anticipate leveraging technology in the near future.

Interestingly, over 26% of the respondents mentioned that developing in-house social listening technology is now under consideration, a marked increase from the number of people who expressed a similar interest in 2019.
