After a successful January launch of the world's first Social Intelligence Growth Certification program, the second presentation of The Social Intelligence Lab course begins on August 23, 2021.
Designed to move its participants from social listening to social intelligence, the training program enables participants to learn directly from social intelligence thought leaders, over the course of the 16 week program.
The course includes eight topic-specific modules, each consisting of four 15-minute lecture videos and a two hour live lab workshop, with office hours and self-service content available to course participants.
Course instructors include Convosphere CEO Jackie Cuyvers, Listen+Learn Research CEO Jeremy Hollow, and Ipsos Director, Social Intelligence Analytics Duncan Fergusson.
The Social Intelligence Certification course has been created and will be led by Dr. Jillian Ney, the UK's first Doctor of Social Media and a digital behavioral scientist, as well as the founder of The Social Intelligence Lab.
